Join IST Management as a Customer Support Associate, a role that involves conference room services, hospitality, kitchen area maintenance, light A/V setups, and various mail and reception tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform hospitality and conference room set ups
- Handle mail related tasks, shipping & receiving, and document printing
- Provide front desk reception services, including greeting clients and answering phones
- Setup Conference Rooms for meetings and maintain common areas like kitchen/break-rooms
- Perform light Audio/Video set ups and troubleshooting
- Operate mail, copy, and duplicating print equipment
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care
- Adhere to business procedure guidelines
Requirements

- Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation

- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
