Customer Service Assistant

About This Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will package groceries and provide support to customers by helping them transport purchases to their vehicles. This role is crucial for ensuring customers feel welcome and for maintaining store cleanliness and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading merchandise from baskets
• Package groceries and help customers transport/unload groceries to their vehicles
• Assist customers in locating merchandise
• Gather baskets and pick up trash inside and outside the Store
• Maintain and stock bag areas
• Return products to proper locations
• Stock and stage bags and check stand supplies
• Distribute Buddy bucks to registers and replace anti-fatigue mats
• Perform Carts & Parts basket relocation and power-washing basket relocation for department setup
• Perform red basket fill up/retrieval
• Clean, mop, dust, sweep, and vacuum check stand, Return Center, and CCO areas to maintain Store cleanliness and safety

Requirements

• Willingness to stay attentive to customers' needs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency standards
• Ability to lift 55 lbs, and manage more than 55 lbs (up to 100 lbs)
