About This Role

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed swiftly and effectively to enhance their overall experience with the company's products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly and professionally
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Provide detailed information about products and services to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Assist customers with product selections and order placements
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our services

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficient in using computer software and customer management systems

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred
