Customer Service Assistant

About This Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will package groceries and help customers transport their purchases to their vehicles, serving as the face of H-E-B.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading merchandise from baskets
• Package groceries
• Assist customers in transporting and unloading groceries to their vehicles
• Assist customers in locating merchandise
• Gather baskets and pick up trash inside and outside Store
• Maintain and stock bag areas
• Return products to proper locations
• Stock and stage bags; stock check stand supplies
• Distribute Buddy bucks to registers, replace anti-fatigue mats
• Perform Carts & Parts basket relocation and power-washing basket relocation for department setup
• Perform red basket fill up / retrieval
• Clean, mop, dust, sweep, vacuum check stand area, Return Center, and CCO area to maintain Store cleanliness and safety
