Customer Service Assistant

About This Role

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will package groceries, assist customers with their purchases, and help maintain store cleanliness. This role requires commitment, hard work, and a focus on quality customer service to ensure a welcoming environment for all H-E-B customers.

Responsibilities

• Package groceries for customers
• Assist customers in transporting and unloading groceries to their vehicles
• Assist customers in locating merchandise within the store
• Gather baskets and pick up trash inside and outside the store
• Maintain and stock bag areas
• Return products to their proper locations
• Stock and stage bags and check stand supplies
• Distribute Buddy bucks to registers and replace anti-fatigue mats
• Perform Carts & Parts basket relocation and power-washing basket relocation for department setup
• Perform red basket fill up and retrieval
• Clean, mop, dust, sweep, and vacuum the check stand area, Return Center, and CCO area to maintain store cleanliness and safety

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency standards
• Ability to lift 55 lbs and manage up to 100 lbs
