Customer Service Advisor

About This Role

Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, scheduling automotive service appointments, explaining services, and processing transactions. This role also performs basic vehicle maintenance tasks and resolves customer concerns, ensuring top-quality service for automotive care.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in-store and over the phone
• Schedule appointments, explain services, and sell parts and automotive services
• Perform routine vehicle services including oil changes, tire rotations, battery installation, fluid top-offs, and inspections
• Support shop productivity through work order and register transactions
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Help resolve customer concerns and provide exceptional service

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• 1+ year of automotive service experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with basic math and calculating discounts/commissions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of automotive service experience; 1+ year of sales experience preferred

Nice to Have

• 1+ year of sales experience
