About This Role

Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles, while providing exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming shop environment.

Responsibilities

Perform inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs with accuracy and efficiency
Communicate with the service manager and team to ensure a smooth customer experience
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming shop environment
Build customer trust by demonstrating honest and professional customer hospitality

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to explain technical issues in simple, clear terms
Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Qualifications

Previous experience as an automotive technician or mechanic preferred.
