Lead daily store operations for an auto care center, ensuring outstanding service and a positive customer experience. Manage phone inquiries, build a high-performing team, and drive sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and outstanding service
• Provide exceptional hospitality by greeting customers, listening to their needs, and ensuring clear communication about services
• Manage phone inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and a customer-first mindset
• Build, train, and motivate a high-performing team of employees
• Drive sales and profitability by meeting performance goals and promoting services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shop environment
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively to build loyalty and trust
• Uphold Precision Tune Auto Care’s standards of honesty, quality, and reliability

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service leadership preferred
• Proven ability to deliver excellent service both face-to-face and over the phone
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and comfort with point-of-sale systems
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service leadership preferred.
