About This Role

Ensure an outstanding customer experience for fleet clients by managing inbound and outbound calls, documenting transactions, and coordinating service and repairs using data-driven technology.

Responsibilities

  • Field a high volume of inbound calls
  • Provide excellent customer service for all inbound and outbound calls
  • Document and note accurately in all systems regarding each customer contact
  • Process new transactions for preventative maintenance, immediate, and scheduled service and repairs
  • Assign service requests to the respective market for dispatching
  • Coordinate towing of customer units when necessary
  • Schedule outside vendors for emergency breakdowns
  • Continuously develop and improve company capabilities in dispatching
  • Establish positive customer rapport to encourage repeat business

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 3 years' experience in a related field, or 5 years' experience in a related field, or degree/certification beyond HS diploma/GED with up to 1 year of experience.
