About This Role

WMC Advanced Physician Services is seeking full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to join an integrated healthcare team, providing anesthesia services for a wide variety of surgeries and procedures in an academic medical center setting. This role involves delivering exceptional patient care and offers opportunities to teach and mentor within a well-established CRNA training program.

Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for surgeries and procedures in both hospital and ambulatory settings
• Participate in teaching activities with medical students, residents, fellows, and other medical staff members
• Make scholarly contributions and engage in collaborative research
• Maintain excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Contribute to a team-based approach to patient care

Requirements

• Current NYS License and Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Current certification as a Certified Nurse Anesthetist
• Excellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to basic and/or clinical research

Qualifications

• Competitive base salaries starting at $270k+ for new graduates ranging to $300k for experienced providers
