Crew - Late Night Shift

About This Role

As a Crew Member, you will contribute to the Wendy's team by preparing food, serving customers, and maintaining a clean restaurant environment, ensuring a positive experience for restaurant guests.

Responsibilities

• Pitch in and help fellow crew and customers
• Learn new tasks and be a positive part of the team
• Address and correct issues if something doesn't seem right
• Stand and move for most, if not all, of your shift
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food
• Serve customers according to brand standards
• Maintain a clean restaurant environment
