About This Role

As a Crew Member, you will prepare and serve food, maintain a clean restaurant, and help customers while working as part of a team at Wendy's.

Responsibilities

• Pitch in and help fellow crew and customers
• Learn new things and be a part of the team
• Correct issues if something doesn't seem right
• Stand and move for most of the shift
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare food
• Serve customers
• Maintain a clean restaurant
