About This Role

As a Crew Member, you will be part of the team from Day 1, working to prepare great food, serve customers, and maintain a clean restaurant environment for The Wendy's Company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude and help fellow crew and customers
• Learn new things and contribute positively to the team
• Identify and correct issues to ensure things are done right
• Stand and move for most of the shift
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register, or grill
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare food, serve customers, and maintain cleanliness
