About This Role

As a Crew Member on the breakfast shift, you will be an integral part of the Wendy's team, ensuring high-quality food preparation and customer service. You will contribute to maintaining brand standards and a clean restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude and assist fellow crew members and customers
• Learn new tasks and contribute positively to the team
• Identify and correct issues to ensure smooth operations
• Stand and move for the majority of the shift
• Operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, registers, or grills
• Follow brand standards and guidelines for food preparation
• Provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a clean and presentable restaurant environment
