About This Role

Lead a dynamic team within Credit Operations to shape credit policies and manage credit risk for JPMorgan Chase. Drive performance and foster innovation while aligning operations with organizational goals and risk management strategies.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing credit policies with a focus on managing credit risk
  • Proven ability to lead a team towards achieving performance targets
  • Experience in mentoring, coaching, and effective delegation
  • Advanced proficiency in customer service
  • Demonstrated ability in cross-functional collaboration
  • Advanced computer literacy

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing credit policies with a focus on managing credit risk

  • Proficiency in prompt writing for clear and concise credit-related communications and documentation
