This role involves providing litigation support services as a Courtroom Presentation Specialist, working with legal teams to develop and manage courtroom presentations using specialized software. The specialist will ensure smooth operation of presentation systems in a high-pressure environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide litigation support services to clients
- Work with trial teams, including expert witnesses, to develop presentation plans
- Develop simple graphic images/exhibits using standard off-the-shelf software packages
- Advise attorneys on the effectiveness of certain exhibits or sequences of exhibits
- Ensure smooth operation of the presentation system in the courtroom
- Synchronize clips with written transcripts
- Coordinate internal firm efforts to conduct trials remotely/virtually
Requirements
- Familiarity with courtroom presentation packages such as Trail Director and Sanction
- Extensive trial experience
- US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Ability to travel to support out-of-town trial needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Extensive trial experience required
