About This Role

This role is responsible for the safe and accurate pick-up, transport, and delivery of samples, documents, and materials, ensuring smooth laboratory operations to support Pace Analytical's mission.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, transport, and deliver samples, documents, materials, and other items as needed
• Review, complete, and process forms, databases, and documentation for sample pick-up, transport, and delivery
• Prepare vehicle for daily operations, including safety checks and ensuring all required documents and supplies are in order
• Provide basic support to staff and management regarding sample transport
• Assist with compliance to applicable laws, rules, and regulations
• Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the department by offering suggestions and participating as an active member of the team
• Promote and support Pace Analytical’s mission by demonstrating courteous, cooperative behavior with customers and colleagues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Knowledge of principles and techniques for sample pick-up, transport, and delivery
• Understanding of daily administration of sample deliveries
• Customer service principles and practices
• Safe driving principles and practices
• Ability to learn organizational policies and procedures
• Computer applications and systems related to the work
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle safely
• Ability to provide customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in related work preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience in related work preferred.
