About This Role

Join a friendly and professional culinary team in a state-of-the-art kitchen, preparing a variety of foods and contributing to a positive customer experience. This role supports the Chef/Kitchen Manager in daily operations, production, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Chef/Kitchen Manager in daily activities and coordinate production schedules
  • Produce sandwiches, salads, entrees, catering trays, and soup for hot and cold cases
  • Perform counter work during busy periods
  • Ensure timely delivery of assigned orders
  • Assist with ordering and maintaining inventory of fresh, frozen, and sundry products
  • Train new kitchen workers and assistants
  • Prepare deep fried, baked, stove top foods, and salads
  • Maintain positive relations with customers, vendors, and employees
  • Maintain Health and Safety sanitation requirements

Requirements

  • At least 1 year professional cooking experience
  • Availability for any shift, including weekends
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Current Food Handler card

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year professional cooking experience.
