Controller

About This Role

This Controller will oversee all day-to-day accounting functions and lead a growing team for a fast-growing, technology-enabled services company. The role offers high visibility and opportunity to make a meaningful impact, reporting to an experienced leader.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, driving process improvements and scalability
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Partner closely with executive leadership on financial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
• Support private equity reporting requirements, audits, and lender reporting
• Strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures as the company continues to scale
• Assist with financial diligence and integration related to future acquisitions
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business growth and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• NetSuite experience
• Experience in a high-growth, recurring revenue environment
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proven ability to lead teams and improve processes in a scaling environment
• Hands-on, adaptable mindset

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• Prior experience supporting private equity-backed organizations
