Lead monthly close and consolidation for a fast-growing organization, reviewing financial statements and partnering with leadership to provide financial insights. This role offers the opportunity to build and improve processes, making a significant impact within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly close and consolidation for multiple entities
• Review financial statements, KPIs, and variance analyses
• Partner with firm leadership to provide insight into financial performance
• Manage and develop offshore accounting support
• Implement standardized processes across regional firms
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual audit processes
• Drive efficiency improvements across accounting operations
• Travel as required

Requirements

• 10+ years progressive accounting experience with supervisory responsibilities
• Strong consolidations experience and multi-entity exposure
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Experience with ERPs
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence firm leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Accounting
• 10+ years progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities
