This is a hands-on Controller role for a growing company that involves overseeing all accounting operations, compiling financial reports, and managing the accounting team. This position will also participate in assessing new acquisition targets and shaping the company's financial future.
Responsibilities
- Oversight of all accounting operations
- Compile financial reporting for management
- Maintain strong internal controls
- Manage and develop the accounting team
- Work with leadership to develop financial forecasting
- Manage relationships with investment partners
- Review tax filings
- Coordinate external audit
- Develop and implement financial processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in accounting, finance or business
- Public accounting with a CPA
- More than five years experience with prior management exposure
