Content and Marketing Coordinator

About This Role

Join the Breckenridge Tourism Office marketing team as a versatile Content and Marketing Coordinator. This role focuses on managing organic social media, email campaigns, and website content to boost brand awareness and loyalty. You will be responsible for developing and implementing content calendars, managing deployment, and measuring key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day coordination and content curation for captivating social media posts
• Develop a social content calendar and roadmap outlining content type, posting schedule, and campaign tone
• Manage BTO’s social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) according to brand guidelines
• Utilize Meltwater to monitor monthly social performance, BTO share of voice, and online reputation
• Analyze reports and identify areas of opportunity, monitoring performance metrics to align with KPIs
• Manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including database health, segmentation, and newsletters
• Support Marketing Manager to ensure GoBreck.com content is current, accurate, and engaging

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or communications
• Creative inspiration in creating shareable content
• Strong understanding of different social media platforms and best practices
• Proficiency in shooting & editing high-quality photos and videos
• Experience managing social media platforms with engaging storytelling and meticulous editing
• Ability to analyze social media data and pivot with new digital trends or business needs
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or similar
• 1-3 years of experience
