This role provides administrative support to the Directors of years 1 and 2 in the Veterinary Basic Sciences (VBS) course, managing essential documents, schedules, and resources.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Directors of years 1 and 2
- Manage documents, schedules, and resources associated with the Veterinary Basic Sciences (VBS) course
Requirements
- AA degree or equivalent experience/education
- 3-5 years of administrative experience
- Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with administration, faculty, staff, and students
- General knowledge of medical terminology
- Commitment to working in an organization that values and promotes humanism
Qualifications
- AA degree and/or combined experience/education as substitute
- 3-5 years of administrative experience
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant/Associate or Executive Assistant
