About This Role

This role provides administrative support to the Directors of years 1 and 2 in the Veterinary Basic Sciences (VBS) course, managing essential documents, schedules, and resources.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Directors of years 1 and 2
  • Manage documents, schedules, and resources associated with the Veterinary Basic Sciences (VBS) course

Requirements

  • AA degree or equivalent experience/education
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with administration, faculty, staff, and students
  • General knowledge of medical terminology
  • Commitment to working in an organization that values and promotes humanism

Qualifications

  • AA degree and/or combined experience/education as substitute
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years experience as an Administrative Assistant/Associate or Executive Assistant
