Pioneer the servicing of Rewards Checking and Amex Savings Accounts by providing exceptional customer care via phone. Support customers with banking transactions, fund inquiries, and resolve issues related to rewards and redemption, adhering to all regulatory guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Pioneer the servicing of Rewards Checking and Amex Savings Accounts
- Provide extraordinary customer care via phone to Banking customers
- Support Customer First philosophy by ensuring professional handling of customer requests
- Support Customers with Banking transactions and funds inquiries
- Respond and resolve customer inquiries around rewards and redemption
- Adhere to all Regulatory and Compliance guidelines related to servicing practices
Requirements
- Banking Experience
- Minimum 2 Years of + Customer service experience with a passion for building customer loyalty
- Exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, resourcefulness, and strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced metric driven environment with proficient multitasking and navigation in a web-based environment
- Technical proficiency to manage chats and multiple applications at the same time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 Years of + Customer service experience
