Protect client investments by performing critical materials testing, observation, and inspection services on various construction projects. Collaborate with industry partners and utilize innovative technology to provide high-quality documentation of results.
Responsibilities
- Perform field and/or laboratory testing, observation, and inspection of construction materials, including soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and steel.
- Communicate with project managers, engineering technicians, client representatives, and contractors regarding construction site requirements and testing results.
- Transport material samples with associated documentation to the laboratory for further testing and analysis.
- Prepare and submit data and observations in written and digital reports for daily transmittal.
- Maintain and clean equipment, vehicles, and work areas.
- Assist with scheduling and dispatch of technicians to project sites.
- Adhere to strict safety standards and perform pre-task planning.
- Report any safety issues or concerns to management.
- Maintain quality standards on all projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of experience
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable violation history
- Ability to obtain ACI Certification within 90 days of hire
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of experience required
