About This Role

Lead the estimating and preconstruction process for a commercial general contractor, producing accurate budgets and managing bid processes on complex commercial projects, with a focus on healthcare, K-12, and municipal sectors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed conceptual and hard-bid estimates
• Lead subcontractor bid solicitation and leveling
• Develop budgets, value engineering options, and cost plans
• Collaborate with project teams, designers, and clients
• Support preconstruction planning and scheduling
• Contribute to risk analysis and procurement strategy

Requirements

• 7+ years of estimating experience with a Commercial GC
• Proven experience in healthcare, K-12, and municipal projects
• Strong tenure history with previous employers
• Ability to lead estimates on mid-to-large scale projects

Qualifications

• 7+ years of estimating experience with a Commercial General Contractor
