About This Role

The Concrete Leadman provides essential support and assistance to the job site crew, focusing on safety, communication, and coordination for concrete-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all employees attend weekly tailgate meetings
• Confirm safe operation of all employees, including traffic and physical hazard reviews
• Maintain a hazardous communication folder with relevant forms for chemicals
• Report reckless or dangerous activities to job superintendent and Safety Office
• Assist and supervise mason with mixing and transporting concrete to the work area
• Practice workplace safety

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years construction site experience
• Ability to be certified in first aid
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic
• OSHA10 Card
