This Concierge role is the face of the bank at the Redstone Office, focusing on providing exceptional customer service and support to visitors and callers. The Concierge directs customers to appropriate personnel and provides administrative and clerical support to the Executive and Senior Management Team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as first point of contact for all visitors to the Redstone Office, greeting guests and directing them to the appropriate destination
- Answer, screen, and direct/redirect calls to the appropriate party
- Respond to inquiries about the Bank and supply information to the general public, clients, and customers
- Maintain knowledge of Bank employees, products, and services for proper call disposition
- Provide support to the Commercial Lending and Loan Warehouse departments
- Perform back-up administrative and clerical support duties for Executive and Senior Managers, including drafting correspondence, managing calendars, and scheduling appointments
- Receive and disburse mail and deliveries
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization
- Manage communication channels, including conference calls
- Maintain a welcoming environment by keeping shared office and breakroom areas clean, stocked, and orderly
Requirements
- Great attitude

- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of administrative functions and best practices
- Strong information management, organization, planning, and detail orientation
- Demonstrated initiative and reliability
- Ability to multi-task and manage stress
- Professional personal presentation; proper manners and etiquette
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products and other Database software
- Solid word processing and computer database skills with accurate keyboarding at 60+wpm
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required, college education a plus
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
