Compliance Analyst

About This Role

The Compliance Analyst supports the proactive compliance program at St. Luke's Health Plan by conducting audits, investigations, and risk mitigation efforts. This role involves developing policies, providing staff guidance, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of the annual risk-based compliance work plan.
• Lead assigned investigations of potential compliance incidents in collaboration with leadership.
• Conduct internal and external audits, including developing tools, analyzing requests, and reporting findings.
• Design and deliver compliance training and orientation to employees, volunteers, and staff.
• Coordinate oversight of compliance programs for First Tier, Downstream, and Related Entities (FDRs) and vendors.
• Develop and manage Health Plan policies and procedures, providing subject matter expertise for updates.
• Compile information for compliance reporting for management and state/federal regulators.
• Contribute to the development of new or enhanced compliance programs and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Maintain current knowledge of applicable federal and state laws to ensure ongoing organizational compliance.

Requirements

• Three (3) years' relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• Bachelor's Degree or experience in lieu of degree.
• Three (3) years' relevant experience.
