About This Role

This Community Director will oversee property operations and manage a team, processing certifications and lease packets while driving operational success and providing excellent customer service for an employee-owned real estate management company.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall operation of the property
  • Comply with Federal, State and Local programs
  • Manage staff
  • Collect rent
  • Process applications and recertifications
  • Provide customer service
  • Perform data entry
  • Process Annual Certifications, Interim Certifications, and new lease packets

Nice to Have
