Responsibilities
- Oversee overall operation of the property
- Comply with Federal, State and Local programs
- Manage staff
- Collect rent
- Process applications and recertifications
- Provide customer service
- Perform data entry
- Process Annual Certifications, Interim Certifications, and new lease packets
Nice to Have
- Valid PA Real Estate License
