Commercial Litigation Attorney

About This Role

Manage a growing docket of commercial litigation cases for a well-established U.S. law firm, representing sophisticated clients in complex disputes and working closely with experienced partners.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad docket of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and corporate governance-related claims
• Manage all aspects of litigation, including case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Communicate with clients and manage expectations throughout the litigation lifecycle
• Work collaboratively with partners and mentor junior associates as appropriate

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of commercial litigation experience within a law firm
• Ability to independently manage cases with minimal supervision
• Strong foundation in pre-trial and trial litigation, including drafting motions, managing discovery, and legal strategy
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4+ years of commercial litigation experience within a law firm
