Responsibilities

• Advising employers on OSHA compliance, inspections, and enforcement actions
• Representing clients in OSHA investigations, citations, and appeals
• Counseling on workplace safety programs, audits, and risk mitigation strategies
• Supporting clients following serious incidents, fatalities, or government inquiries
• Coordinating with internal L&E, litigation, and regulatory teams on complex matters
• Monitoring and advising on OSHA and workplace safety regulatory developments

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in OSHA, workplace safety, or related regulatory enforcement work
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, enforcement processes, and compliance frameworks
• Experience advising employers in high-risk or heavily regulated industries
• Excellent judgment, drafting, and client-facing communication skills
• Admitted and in good standing in the jurisdiction in which they practice

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in OSHA, workplace safety, or related regulatory enforcement work (law firm, in-house, or government background considered)
