Collective Trainer- Sustainment with Security Clearance

About This Role

Support Mission Command training for military units as a Sustainment Collective Trainer, leveraging expertise in doctrine and training scenarios to ensure warfighters are fully prepared. This role involves maintaining knowledge of TRADOC doctrine and manipulating training scenarios to meet unit needs.

Responsibilities

• Supports live and constructive Mission Command training
• Maintains currency with doctrine published by TRADOC and ensures TUCs are provided the latest training OPORDs and Scenarios
• Maintains DTT flexibility in team member composition to provide modular training support requirements to low density branches such as chemical, sustainment, aviation, engineers, fires, etc.
• Works with the TUC to manipulate the OPORD or scenario to meet the unit's needs and to provide a realistic training event
• Examine doctrine, plans, policies and procedures to enhance and enrich the training environment

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Previous senior Army leadership experience with a training management background
• A Combat Arms, Combat Support, or Combat Service Support Officer with primary staff experience in the specific primary War Fighting Function at Battalion or higher
• At least 6 years' combined staff experience within the specific Warfighting Function (or similar)
• Recent experience working within the ARNG training support system, or a similar system
• 2 or more years working with Warfighting Functional Area Army MCIS

Qualifications

• At least 6 years' combined staff experience within a specific Warfighting Function or 8 years' specialized MCTSP experience in this type of duty position. 2+ years working with Warfighting Functional Area Army MCIS.

• CTC experience
• Previous Battalion or higher commander preferred (or similar)
• Bachelors Degree
