Collective Trainer- Intel

About This Role

The Intel Collective Trainer will support live and constructive Mission Command training for military units, focusing on intelligence warfighting functions. This role involves maintaining current doctrine, providing updated training materials, and manipulating scenarios to create realistic training events for units at Fort Chaffee, AR.

Responsibilities

• Support live and constructive Mission Command training
• Maintain currency with doctrine published by TRADOC and ensure TUCs receive the latest training OPORDs and scenarios
• Provide modular training support to low density branches such as chemical, sustainment, aviation, engineers, and fires
• Work with the TUC to manipulate the OPORD or scenario to meet unit needs and provide realistic training
• Serve as a DTT Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Intel

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance
• Previous senior Army leadership experience with training management background
• Combat Arms, Combat Support, or Combat Service Support Officer with primary staff experience in the specific primary War Fighting Function at Battalion or higher
• At least 6 years' combined staff experience within the specific Warfighting Function (or similar)
• Recent experience working within the ARNG training support system, or a similar system
• 2 or more years working with Warfighting Functional Area Army MCIS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 6 years' combined staff experience within the specific Warfighting Function (or similar), or 8 years' specialized MCTSP experience in this type of duty position. Recent experience working within the ARNG training support system, or a similar system. 2 or more years working with Warfighting Functional Area Army MCIS.

Nice to Have

• Previous CTC experience
• Previous Battalion or higher commander (or similar)
• Specialized functional areas could be 04/MAJ, E8/MSG, CW2/Warrant Officer with battalion level experience
