Join a Psychology, Mental-Health Tech & AI startup as a Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, shaping the development of a next-generation platform. This role involves comprehensive leadership across strategy, operations, fundraising, technology, finance, marketing, and culture building for a global business.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder on strategy, planning, legal and company building
• Provide execution and operational leadership
• Lead fundraising, investor relations, and growth strategy efforts
• Oversee technology, AI, and product development
• Manage finance, accounting, and commercial planning
• Direct marketing, positioning, and partnerships
• Drive hiring, leadership development, and culture building

Requirements

• Based in Europe with full flexibility to travel and relocate globally
• Exceptional knowledge of technology and AI systems and digital platforms
• Deep awareness of the tech startup ecosystem
• Proven experience as Founder/Co-Founder, or Senior leadership/management team member in a high-growth company, or Core member of a fundraising or venture-building team
• Solid understanding of Technology & AI
• Solid understanding of Finance, accounting, legal and commercial planning
• Solid understanding of Investment and fundraising processes
• Solid understanding of Marketing, growth, and partnerships
• Solid understanding of Hiring, leadership, and organisational design
• Demonstrated ability to operate with full business ownership and accountability
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
• Entrepreneurial, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity and pace
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Highly structured, commercially minded, and decisive

Qualifications
