About This Role

MindFriend is seeking a Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer to architect a global business at the intersection of psychology, mental health technology, and AI. This role involves working closely with the Founder on strategy, operations, fundraising, and product oversight.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder on strategy, planning, legal, and company building
• Provide execution and operational leadership
• Oversee fundraising, investor relations, and growth strategy
• Provide technology, AI, and product oversight
• Manage finance, accounting, and commercial planning
• Lead marketing, positioning, and partnerships
• Manage hiring, leadership development, and culture building

Requirements

• European base with global mobility
• Proven experience as a Founder / Co-Founder, or Senior leadership / management team member in a high-growth company, or Core member of a fundraising or venture-building team
• Solid understanding of Technology & AI
• Solid understanding of Finance, accounting, legal and commercial planning
• Solid understanding of Investment and fundraising processes
• Solid understanding of Marketing, growth, and partnerships
• Solid understanding of Hiring, leadership, and organisational design
• Demonstrated ability to operate with full business ownership and accountability
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
• Entrepreneurial, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity and pace
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Highly structured, commercially minded, and decisive

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Founder/Co-Founder, senior leadership in a high-growth company, or core member of a fundraising/venture-building team.
