Co-Founder in Psychology Tech & AI Platform

About This Role

MindFriend is seeking a Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer to develop a psychology, mental health tech, and AI platform. This role involves leading strategy, operations, fundraising, technology oversight, and building a global company from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder on strategy, planning, legal, and company building
• Provide execution and operational leadership
• Oversee fundraising, investor relations, and growth strategy
• Manage technology, AI, and product oversight
• Handle finance, accounting, and commercial planning
• Direct marketing, positioning, and partnerships
• Lead hiring, leadership development, and culture building

Requirements

• European Base with Global Mobility
• Proven experience as Founder/Co-Founder or Senior leadership in a high-growth company
• Solid understanding of Technology & AI, Finance, Investment, Marketing, Hiring, and Organizational design
• Demonstrated ability to operate with full business ownership and accountability
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
• Entrepreneurial, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity and pace
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Highly structured, commercially minded, and decisive

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Founder/Co-Founder, or Senior leadership/management team member in a high-growth company, or core member of a fundraising or venture-building team.
