MindFriend is seeking a Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer to develop a psychology, mental health tech, and AI platform. This role involves leading strategy, operations, fundraising, technology oversight, and building a global company from the ground up.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Founder on strategy, planning, legal, and company building
- Provide execution and operational leadership
- Oversee fundraising, investor relations, and growth strategy
- Manage technology, AI, and product oversight
- Handle finance, accounting, and commercial planning
- Direct marketing, positioning, and partnerships
- Lead hiring, leadership development, and culture building
Requirements
- European Base with Global Mobility
- Proven experience as Founder/Co-Founder or Senior leadership in a high-growth company
- Solid understanding of Technology & AI, Finance, Investment, Marketing, Hiring, and Organizational design
- Demonstrated ability to operate with full business ownership and accountability
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
- Entrepreneurial, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity and pace
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Highly structured, commercially minded, and decisive
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Founder/Co-Founder, or Senior leadership/management team member in a high-growth company, or core member of a fundraising or venture-building team.
