About This Role

This is a Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer role for a Psychology, Mental-Health Tech & AI startup building a next-generation platform. This individual will drive the company's strategy, operations, technology oversight, and overall business growth, co-building a global category-defining company.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder across strategy, planning, legal, and company building
• Provide execution and operational leadership
• Oversee fundraising, investor relations, and growth strategy
• P.rovide technology, AI, and product oversight
• Manage finance, accounting, and commercial planning
• Develop marketing, positioning, and partnerships
• Lead hiring, leadership development, and culture building

Requirements

• European base with global mobility
• Proven experience as Founder/Co-Founder or senior leadership in a high-growth company
• Solid understanding of technology & AI, finance, accounting, legal, commercial planning, investment, fundraising processes, marketing, growth, partnerships, hiring, leadership, and organizational design
• Demonstrated ability to operate with full business ownership and accountability
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
• Entrepreneurial, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity and pace
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Highly structured, commercially minded, and decisive

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Founder/Co-Founder, senior leadership/management team member in a high-growth company, or core member of a fundraising or venture-building team.
