About This Role

Provide compassionate companionship and support to seniors, assisting with daily activities, medication management, and meal preparation to help them age with dignity.

Responsibilities

• Engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support to seniors
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Assist clients with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed schedules
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals based on dietary requirements and preferences
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Assist with transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other essential outings
• Observe and report any changes in the senior's health or behavior to healthcare professionals or family members
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided and client's condition

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Willing to work in homes with pets

Qualifications

• 1 year of CNA/NA/PCA experience preferred
