About This Role

Provide compassionate companionship and support to seniors, assisting with daily activities, medication management, and meal preparation to help them age with dignity.

Responsibilities

Engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support to seniors
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Assist clients with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed schedules
Plan and prepare nutritious meals based on dietary requirements and preferences
Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
Assist with transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping, and other essential outings
Observe and report any changes in the senior's health or behavior to healthcare professionals or family members
Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided and client's condition

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Willing to work in homes with pets

Qualifications

1 year of CNA/NA/PCA experience preferred
