Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and mobility
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care
- Assist with medication administration
Nice to Have
- Experience in an assisted living community
