Club Service Attendant

About This Role

This role is responsible for the servicing, repair, and maintenance operations of all building and equipment within a Crunch Fitness club. The Club Service Attendant will ensure facilities are maintained to corporate standards, preventative maintenance is performed, and club staff are trained on janitorial and facility protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee servicing, repair, and maintenance for club building and equipment
• Execute club inspections as directed by Corporate Facilities Department for maintenance standards
• Provide feedback and address maintenance deficiencies with General Managers
• Schedule services/tasks with General Managers as requested by AMT
• Partner with AMT and New Club Development for new club walk-throughs
• Review inspection results to identify training opportunities and trends
• Train new Club Managers on approved Facility Training Programs
• Provides general direction and technical expertise to janitorial staff for facilities responsibilities
• Schedule weekly activities for servicing club equipment and systems
• Oversee all special projects, ensure appropriate scopes of work and vendor quotes
• Manage and review Work Orders in the Open Wrench System
• Perform hands-on training for club janitorial partners on chemical and safety protocols
