Supervise and coordinate the administrative operations of the clinic to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient care within a not-for-profit healthcare system.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient utilization of resources
- Manage and schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits for patients
- Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations
- Oversee patient registration, check-in, and check-out procedures, ensuring a positive patient experience
- Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of medical supplies, equipment, and other clinic resources
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to develop and implement clinic policies, procedures, and protocols
Requirements
- 3-5 years Clinic/Office/Hospital Experience
- 3-5 years Administrative Office Experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and other clinic management software
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or Related Field of Study
- 3-5 years of Clinic/Office/Hospital experience and 3-5 years of Administrative Office experience, with 2-3 years preferred in Leadership/Supervisory roles.
