About This Role

Supervise and coordinate the administrative operations of the clinic to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient care within a not-for-profit healthcare system.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient utilization of resources
  • Manage and schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits for patients
  • Maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations
  • Oversee patient registration, check-in, and check-out procedures, ensuring a positive patient experience
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels of medical supplies, equipment, and other clinic resources
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to develop and implement clinic policies, procedures, and protocols

Requirements

  • 3-5 years Clinic/Office/Hospital Experience
  • 3-5 years Administrative Office Experience
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare regulations, and industry standards
  • Proficiency in using electronic health records and other clinic management software
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or Related Field of Study
  • 3-5 years of Clinic/Office/Hospital experience and 3-5 years of Administrative Office experience, with 2-3 years preferred in Leadership/Supervisory roles.
