This role provides assistance on clinical research studies within the Neuromodulation Lab, focusing on patient recruitment, data collection, and study protocol compliance. The coordinator will help advance medical discoveries and provide exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Review proposals for compliance with sponsor and organizational guidelines
- Recruit patients for clinical trials and conduct phone interviews
- Verify the accuracy of study forms and update them per protocol
- Prepare data for analysis and data entry
- Document patient visits and procedures
- Assist with regulatory binders and QA/QC Procedures
- Assist with interviewing study subjects
- Assist with study regulator submissions
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Careful attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to follow directions
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Working knowledge of clinical research protocols
- Ability to demonstrate respect and professionalism for subjects' rights and individual needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required
- Some relevant research project work 0-1 year preferred
