This position involves coordinating multiple clinical research studies from moderate to complex, requiring independent decision-making and expertise in all job duties. The role focuses on clinical patient enrollment, survey administration, biospecimen transfer, and human subjects database maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple clinical research studies ranging from moderate to complex
- Perform tasks and make decisions independently, consistently, and accurately
- Apply skills to a broad range of different types of clinical studies
- Navigate available resources appropriately and effectively use all tools and job aids
- Operate e-clinical technologies with reasonable proficiency
- Perform clinical patient enrollment
- Administer patient reported outcome surveys
- Transfer biospecimens from clinic/OR to the lab
- Maintain human subjects database
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Health Science or equivalent for CRC Associate
- Certification as CCRC or CCRP (eligible at hire, complete within 6 months)
- 2+ years of directly related experience in clinical research and clinical trials
- PEERRS, HIPAA, CITI GCP training
- eRPM Regulatory training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Health Science or an equivalent combination of related education and experience for CRC Associate level, or Associate degree in Health Science or equivalent for CRC Technician level.
- 2+ years of directly related experience in clinical research and clinical trials for CRC Associate level; 1+ year for CRC Technician level.

- Experience with clinical studies
- Understanding of medical terminology
- Experience in a large complex health care setting
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff and patients
