The Clinical Partner (CP) provides basic technical nursing skills and delegated tasks under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. This role works in close collaboration with the assigned RN to deliver safe and quality patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic technical nursing skills
- Perform delegated tasks such as wound care, discontinuing a saline lock, and discontinuing a Foley catheter
- Work under the direction and/or supervision of a Registered Nurse
- Collaborate closely with the assigned RN to provide safe and quality patient centered care
Requirements
- CNA or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification
Qualifications
- High School Diploma, Certificate, GED, training or experience required
- 1 year experience preferred as a CNA or LPN in an acute care facility in the state of Florida.
Nice to Have
- 1 year experience in an acute care facility in Florida
- Previous experience as a CNA or LPN in an acute care facility in the state of Florida
