Clinical Instructor

About This Role

Provide direct clinical instruction, supervision, and evaluation to nursing students, ensuring a consistent and high-quality student experience. Collaborate with schools of nursing and deliver educational content as directed by Clinical Learning & Development.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical instruction, supervision, and evaluation of nursing students engaged in direct patient care
• Utilize nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care from birth through the lifecycle
• Collaborate and strengthen relationships with schools of nursing to assure a consistent student experience
• Deliver educational content as directed from Clinical Learning & Development
• Serve as a change agent and promote quality through the utilization of evidence-based research

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree of Science in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing
• 2 years of nursing experience in an inpatient hospital role
• RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure
• BCLS - Basic Life Support

Qualifications
