Join the Division of Pediatric Cardiology at Michigan Medicine as a Clinical Instructor/Professor to provide high-acuity, high-volume care for pediatric and adult congenital heart patients, while contributing to teaching and potentially research.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical care in Pediatric Cardiology, specializing in areas such as heart failure/transplant, non-invasive imaging, electrophysiology, interventional cardiac catheterization, and/or pediatric cardiac intensive care
- Work independently demonstrating excellent clinical skills and knowledge
- Possibly engage in research activities and demonstrate productivity
- Participate in teaching within the center
Requirements
- M.D./D.O. degree or UMHS approved international equivalent
- Postgraduate clinical training
- Board eligible/board certified in Pediatrics/Pediatric Cardiology
- Experience in Pediatric Cardiology
- Ability to obtain appropriate medical licenses in the State of Michigan
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge base to work independently
Qualifications
- M.D./D.O. degree or UMHS approved international equivalent
