Clinical Dietitian

About This Role

As a Clinical Dietitian, you will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and education within a senior living setting, collaborating with a team to improve patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care. The role focuses on comprehensive nutritional assessments, individualized care plans, and patient education to support sustainable wellness.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
• Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
• Contribute to Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
• Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
• Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
• Licensed Dietitian or willingness to obtain license in state of practice

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.
