Clinical Dietitian

About This Role

Conduct nutrition assessments, develop participant care plans, and deliver direct care nutrition interventions for a diverse participant group. Oversee menu planning, meal delivery programs, and nutrition staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutrition assessments and actively participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans
• Deliver and document direct care nutrition interventions, including implementing and monitoring special diets, and providing nutrition counseling to participants and families
• Oversee menu planning and meal delivery programs to ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and correct dietary provision
• Direct nutrition staff, including hiring, training, overseeing, and mentoring
• Guide the intake and enrollment process to ensure timely and effective participant enrollment

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian with at least four (4) years of experience directing nutrition services in a similar setting
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / First Aid Certification
• Reliable means of transportation
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills

Qualifications

• At least four (4) years of experience directing nutrition services in a similar setting

Nice to Have

• At least one (1) year of experience with frail or elderly populations
