Clinical Dietitian

About This Role

The Clinical Dietitian will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education within a senior living community, collaborating with a team to improve patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care. This role enhances wellness for patients, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to patients, families, staff, and the community
• Apply the latest research in alignment with diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols
• Contribute to Quality & Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives
• Partner with the food service management team to achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
• Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience preferred, new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
